Sports 4 Christ Baseball/Softball Registration FAQ'S

How much is registration:
For school year ’09-’10 fee is $35 per child for all sports seasons.
Who is the coach:
Our coaches are parent-coaches, so we encourage you to get involved.
When is practice:
Once a parent commits to coaching, they will determine the times and days of practice. Tentative start date is Monday, March 29th to be held on the baseball/softball fields after varsity practice.
What does my child need to play:
A pair of baseball/softball cleats (no metal spikes) is preferred; uniforms will be provided by S4C.
How long is the season:
The season, including practice is between 6-9 weeks starting March 29th, ending on May 23rd. Games are on Saturdays and your schedule will have field locations.
How many service hours do I need to complete:
Each family is required to fulfill 6 services hour for the baseball/softball season. Services hours can be completed by signing up for team coach, team mom, or if our school host games service hours can be completed by serving in the concession stand and gate. We will also have other opportunities for service hours to be completed and will provide flyers to inform you. Service hours may also be completed by paying $20 per hour.
